What to do in Las Vegas

It can be overwhelming when it comes to figuring out what to do in Las Vegas.  I am a frequenter of Las Vegas and usually stay on the Strip so I can keep a pulse on what the latest and greatest tips, tricks and deals are.  If you are interested in knowing those things too then read on!

las-vegasBest Restaurants in Las Vegas

If you love food, Vegas is the place to be.  I once watched a documentary about how many thousands of pounds of fresh seafood and meat are delivered to Las Vegas Hotels in one day.  The numbers were staggering.  The best restaurants in Las Vegas and are, of course, in the eyes of the beholder (or in this case, the eater)  but here are some of my favorites:

Restaurants in Caesars Palace

There are a ton of restaurants in the Caesars network of hotels. Here are just a few of my favorites.  Several of them have reviews and yummy pics to go with them so be sure to check out my dining experiences!

Best Hotels in Las Vegas

People know we go to Las Vegas several times and always ask, “What are the best hotels in Las Vegas?”  Here are a few that are at the top of my list!

  • Aria
  • The Cromwell*
  • Bellagio
  • Vdara
  • The Mirage
  • Bally’s*
  • Planet Hollywood

Reviews of these are coming soon so be sure to follow my blog for the latest downlows!

Caesars Owned Hotels in Las Vegas

The Hotels with Stars in the above list are Caesars Owned Hotels in Las Vegas.

MGM Owned Hotels in Las Vegas

MGM Owned Hotels are definitely my preference in the long list of hotels we have stayed at in Las Vegas.  They have a different vibe than any of the Caesars properties. Again, it’s all preference but the things I value most are the staff attitudes (sincerely service minded towards the client), cleanliness and good value for the money.  It also seems like the MGM Owned Hotels are a step above in class in more ways than one compared to Caesars Owned Hotels.

I recently received a survey from Caesars comparing Bally’s with Bellagio.  There is no comparison.  The Bellagio outshines on every count.  Anyway, food for thought when deciding where to stay in Las Vegas.

Enjoy Vegas Baby!!!
